Milton Silverman

Milton Silverman is the Senior Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation Partner at Streathers with over 20 years’ experience in the field.

He has been involved in a vast range of litigation over the years, with some high profile cases.

Milton was trained in mediation with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Group, and is a member of the London Dispute Resolution Service. He is also a member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association.

Milton has lectured in the UK and overseas on various litigation topics.

An area of interest concerns the art world. Over the past 15 years or so, he has had considerable involvement with the art and antiques trade, advising on all aspects of the business. He is a member of the Institute of Art and Law and is a regular contributor to domestic and international publications circulated amongst the art and antiques trade, collectors and the police.
