The London Dispute Resolution Service was formed in 1999 by a group of leading London solicitors to provide their clients with alternative means of settling disputes other than through the courts.

LDRS can make available to parties in dispute independent, qualified mediators from the other firms within the group who have no connection whatsoever with those parties. LDRS has been expanded to include mediators from other leading firms of solicitors, accountants and members of the Bar, who together have great experience and expertise over a very wide field.

LDRS is now able to offer its services not only to clients of its members and those with whom they are in dispute, but to any other parties who need a fast, friendly, effective and inexpensive mediation or other alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") service.

Each mediator has been trained by one of the recognised ADR bodies ensuring the highest of standards.
