 | LDRS has available a wide panel of experienced and highly qualified mediators. The mediators, who are experts in their respective fields, have all been trained and accredited by one of the recognised ADR bodies. They undergo continuing training, assessment and mediation practice development. At the end of the mediation the parties and their advisers are asked to provide LDRS with feedback on the mediators and the process itself. All this helps to ensure that the highest standards are reached and maintained and that the success rate of mediations remains as high as possible. |
| Wherever possible all mediations will be provided with an assistant mediator. The assistant mediator will be provided without charge to the parties. |
| LDRS does not charge any administration fee for the service it provides. The cost to the parties of the mediation is therefore significantly reduced. |
